Lafayette Entertainment Initiative

Positioned as a forward-thinking, technologically advanced municipality, Lafayette Entertainment Initiative is currently recruiting film, music & digital media production companies to participate in its development of next-generation infrastructure.

LEI's website consists of a design that will appeal to its users within the entertainment industry.  With different colored templates for each sector of their service coverage, each industry gets its own identity on the site.  The design is enhanced with a flash animation that showcases the 3 different industries the LEI focuses on; Movies, Music and Media.

LEI's website also houses a customized media library that allows them to showcase numerous videos and sound clips. Widgets were also creating allowing users to really utilize the elements that LEI has created within their daily activities.  There is a LEI News Widget that allows users to get current news on what's going on in the entertainment industry in the Lafayette area by simply adding the widget to their iGoogle page for reference.  Users can also add the Tax Incentive Calculator widget in order to calculate their return on a project done in this area.
